Libra develops targeted training programmes and materials according to requirements, utilising participatory and interactive training methodologies which build the practical skills of participants.
A core element of our approach is building local, indigenous training capacity to ensure long-term, sustainable improvement. Curriculum development with local stakeholders and Training of the Trainers (ToT) are a central part of all our training strategies.
