In addition to our projects around the world, Libra is a member of the winning consortia for two UK Framework Agreements.
These frameworks were established by the Department for International Development (DFID), Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and Stabilisation Unit, designed to provide UK Government with rapid access to a large pool of high quality consultants through a simple call-down contracting mechanism. Through these Framework Agreements, Libra provides staff to a wide variety of UK projects and Embassies worldwide.
