Libra Knowledge Network

Libra Advisory Group is at the cutting edge of the international debate on issues affecting security, justice, conflict and development, including security and justice sector reform. We believe in applying the most up-to-date thinking in our fieldwork, and in using the lessons learned from our field experience to inform policy-level understanding of security, justice and development.

Libra Knowledge Network (LKN) is a community of practitioners, academics and policy-makers who contribute to policy development and research in security and justice sector reform and stabilisation operations. Through the LKN, we connect these areas with ‘traditional’ academic disciplines such as politics, anthropology and economics. We work to capture lessons learned from implementation in security and justice sector reform and stabilisation programmes in order to refine future thinking and inform future practice. 

Libra Knowledge Network runs an ongoing programme of seminars and meetings where we bring together cutting-edge thinkers to discuss pressing security, justice and development themes; combined with formal and informal research, reports, papers and reviews. You will find LKN reports, papers and reviews under publications as well as scheduled LKN seminars and meetings under events, including records of the past Libra invitation-only events.
