What We Do
Libra
Advisory Group provides security strategy and development
advice and consultancy services to the public and commercial
sectors. We specialize in bringing together the public
and private sector for mutual benefit. Our strategies
enable our clients to meet and exceed their objectives,
whilst promoting stability and long-term security through
investment in local development.
Each of our founding partners has frontline operational
experience in the security or justice sectors combined
with developmental and consultancy expertise. Our work
is informed by cutting edge thinking in the security,
development and business sectors but we are not academics
or theoreticians. We instead bring a pragmatic, critical
approach to the problems we tackle. We plan programmes
on the basis of staged, measurable objectives, and work
to achieve sustainable, long-term local change wherever
we operate.
Our strategies are tailored to the unique requirements
of every client and project. But in all cases, our team
seeks to strip the problem down to its root causes and
to devise solutions which not only meet the client’s
immediate objectives, but put in place a lasting framework
for future success in the particular operational environment
or market.
How
We Do It
The first thing we do is to listen to our client in
order to gain a thorough understanding of the requirement.
We then put together a dedicated project team led directly
by one of Libra Advisory Group's directors. The team
works to devise strategic solutions that meet our clients'
goals, whilst adding value to the environment in which
they are operating.
Continuous communication with our clients is key to
our approach. At every stage, including while understanding
the requirement, devising solutions, assessing and adapting
projects during implementation, and evaluating outcomes,
we consult and communicate with our clients to ensure
that the project is run as a genuine strategic partnership.
